Possible Attendees
An “Invitee” List of Entities With Possible Good Faith Emissaries Compatible under US Diplomatic rule per The 1978 Diplomatic Relations Act (22 U.S.C. 254) replaced the 1790 law that governed diplomatic and consular immunity. The 1978 Act's main purpose was to align U.S. law with the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which came into force for the United States in 1972.
